Objectives of Pupil Premium
The Pupil Premium is allocated to children from families who are eligible for free school meals (FSM), who have been in receipt of FSM at some time in the previous six years and children who are or have been in the care of the local authority. Children of service families are entitled to service pupil premium. The aim of pupil premium funding is to diminish the achievement gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers.
Our total funding through the Pupil Premium for the financial year 2019-2020 was £8560.00. The funding was used to help provide one-to-one or small group tuition by a qualified teacher, to provide additional teaching assistant support and to support qualifying families with relevant enrichment and residential opportunities.
